Polaris Staff Expanding

Polaris Library Systems announced a handful of new hires and promotions. Eric Graham joins the company in the new position of custom services developer. A librarian, Graham previously worked for EBSCO and Dynix in the public sector as well as served as technology librarian at Greater Manchester Integrated Library Cooperative System, NH; assistant director for technology services at Merrimack Valley Library Consortium, MA; library systems coordinator/systems librarian at Cambridge Public Library, MA; and library systems operator at Brandeis University Libraries, MA. Polaris veteran Brad Rogers has been bumped up to head the New Implementation and Services Dept., and will coordinate system implementation, data migration, and training. Kathryn Spier-Miller, also a librarian, has joined the vendor as director of marketing. Along with her business background, she worked at the Ferguson Library and law libraries in Stamford, CT. Lastly, Elizabeth Race has rejoined Polaris after a seven-year absence, and will again be helping customers with their technology needs.
