Brand Share

Reflecting on the challenges many of us face in integrating marketing into libraries, I wanted to share with you an exercise we call Brand Share, and which has helped us some in talking about brand and marketing. This exercise is part of a bigger presentation, but hopefully it will be thought-provoking for you. I’ve found asking people to talk about their favorite brands in a guided way helps them discover for themselves what a brand is about.

My guest today in Bubble Room is Robin Nesbitt, our director of Technical Services.
