LJ Summit Followup: Cols. Metro Presentation

Here’s my question: when did the doldrums between Thanksgiving and Christmas become the busiest workdays of the year? My library has been working overtime to capture the eReader holiday boom, which I’ll share in a later post, and my head is spinning!

Wanted to be sure to post these two items as follow up to the LJ Summit on Marketing and libraries. This is the presentation I gave with the charming Tina Thomas of Edmonton Public Library.
