Salt Lake City Public Library to boost transparency, but still in turmoil

The Salt Lake City Public Library is launching a transparency initiative that includes the quick release of draft minutes and perhaps televised board meetings, the Salt Lake Tribune is reporting. But the system is still facing a significant degree of unrest, including the possible resignation of another library board member.
