DEMCO Inc., a leading library supplier headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, acquired Evanced Solutions today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Evanced, based in Indianapolis, primarily offers software to libraries that helps manage common activities such as event and staff scheduling, room reservations, or summer reading programs. It also offers an external library vending system called BranchAnywhere. The company will continue to operate from Indianapolis.
DEMCO is a privately held subsidiary of the Wall Family Enterprise.
