Japanese Library Association Reports on Damage

The Japanese Library Association has posted a prefecture-by-prefecture English summary of damage to the country’s libraries from the earthquake and tsunami in March. The Miyagi Prefecture was the hardest hit. The association has also provided information about where donations for the JLA Earthquake Disaster Recovery Fund can be made.
