Library automation company SirsiDynix and Koha integrated library system support company ByWater Solutions officially announced new personnel this week:
SirsiDynix named Sheridan Richey as its new VP of product development. According to the announcement, Richey “built a leading cloud-based medical software platform” in his previous position at medical software company AdvancedMD. Before that, he worked as a developer and manager of technical support at electronic meeting software company GroupSystems.com.
Melia Meggs was announced as ByWater Solutions’ new operations manager. Her duties will include project and communications management, as well as contributing to customer support. She previously worked for New Zealand-based information technology company Catalyst IT as a project manager, where she had experience with Koha software and managed migrations for public, private, and government libraries.
