    Hello,
I recently attended your webcast, “Balancing Collections Supply @ Demand in Public Libraries”. The event date was February 26, 2013 from 1-2 pm ET. At the beginning of the webcast the moderator informed us how to ask for a Certificate of attendance. I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone for several days to inquire about receiving a certificate. It’s a requirement for my job. Could you please tell me who to contact or simply send a certificate to my email. Thank you very much.
