lol. I like best ... "Read my lips, no new dues." If only I could be a member of my division without having to join ALA! When I went to the conference this summer in Chicago, people were given an award at the newbies session if they belonged to ALA and two divisions or more. Who can afford that?

WebbyGrl,

Of course if you knew anything at all about how search engines work you would know that the article is completely misleading and wrong. But of course you would rather scream out that it is a liberal conspiracy (possibly tied in with 9/11, Roswell, and the JFK assassination).

AL
I don't know how to email you so I'm posting this here. It seems the liberal-run Google is nudging searchers away from points of view with which they do not agree during searches. I have such a problem with this! And if the ALA had any nads, they would stand up and make a scene about this bordering on censorship.

Since the LJ won't let me paste the link, go to RedState . com and see the story about Google steering searchers away from Climate gate. It includes screenshots and all.

Who does Google think they are? The federal government?

Oh, and you have my vote.

Uh...there was a vote? And can anyone tell me the difference between each newly elected president? Aren't they all the same with the same things to say and do? Was there ever a stand-out?

correct answer to each question: who gives a damn?

It was the deadline? I had no idea, then again, I don't give a rodent's derriere about it since I have been happy without an ALA membership for a few years now. If I was a member, you'd have my vote.
