This makes me want to put on my oversized cardigan, put my hair in a bun, and chomp on some oreos. Why spend the time fighting stereotypes, when you can just do your frackin job and live your frackin life? I think some people like to feel persecuted even when they’re not.

I just did a google image search on the term “librarian,” and wow.

Yes there’s some stereotypical librairan images there–I especially like the one advertising a “librarian costume.”

Also, there’s a flickr album image of a pulp fiction cover. Decorum precludes me quoting the title.
