HOW DO I BECOME A PRINT SUBSCRIBER IN ORDER TO REGISTER AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?
You can register for Day of Dialog and subscribe in one easy step. On the registration page, select Subscription Ticket Option: “One year subscription to Library Journal and FREE registration to 2015 Day of Dialog 2015—$101.99″

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION FEE?
The full day of presentations, take away pieces from sponsors, as well as breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception, with plenty of opportunities for author signings and networking.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED OR DIDN’T GO THROUGH?
First, please be sure that you entered your credit card number, your name, and billing address correctly. In many cases, the decline is a result of the credit card being used not matching up with the billing information provided. If you feel that you have entered your credit card information accurately, and are still having trouble, we recommend contacting your financial institution. If you still continue to have difficulties, contact us at ljevents@mediasourceinc.com and put “LJ Day of Dialog” in the subject line.

MAY I BE BILLED WITH AN INVOICE?
Yes. Please write to ljevents@mediasourceinc.com to get an invoice.

HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THE RECEIPT FOR MY PURCHASE?
Proof of purchase was emailed to your provided address immediately upon registration. This email came from our event registration platform, EventBrite. Please check your spam filters, and junk mail, for messages that may have been blocked from this address.

HOW CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM MY ORGANIZATION?
You may register multiple people by increasing the quantity of tickets in the shopping cart. Please fill out the information of the individuals who will be attending after clicking the “Order Now” button. There will be fields with “Ticket 1,” “Ticket 2,” and so on. Please fill out all the appropriate information.

MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER AND WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Cancellations and Substitutions
Requests for refunds will only be accepted until Monday, April 25, 2016. After that, you may only transfer your ticket to another person. Please indicate the name, title, and email of the person who will be replacing the original registrant and notify us via email at ljevents@mediasourceinc.com.

NOTE: The sponsors and management of Day of Dialog reserve the right to make necessary changes in this program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution of a presentation topic and/or speaker. Neither Library Journals nor any sponsor assumes any liability for the acts of their suppliers or for the safety of any Day of Dialog participants while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
