2015 Academic Movers Collection

Academic Movers 2015Library Journal’s annual Movers & Shakers honorees list spans every aspect of librarianship, and within the academic sphere, the Movers are similarly varied, supporting community colleges to small liberal arts institutions to large research universities, and focusing on everything from instructional librarianship to data management to archival preservation and digitization of rare library treasures, and more.

In this 22-page collection of insightful interviews, sponsored by SAGE, LJ presents a deeper dive into what made our 2015 Academic Movers so exceptional. First, a roundtable of Movers share their insights into the challenges and opportunities of serving as change agents in an academic library setting. Then, an in-depth interview with each one explores their achievements in more detail.
