Researching Libraries’ Place in People’s Lives—and in Their Communities

Lee Rainie will describe Project findings about the role of libraries as people make decisions and about the role libraries play in communities. He will give a researcher’s perspective about how libraries themselves can gather data and create narratives around the impact of libraries.
