You will learn how to transform your stacks to better serve readers and increase circulation using proven marketing strategies and creative merchandising tactics.

Produce your own action plan for success!

As a participant, you will receive an action planner, and work both individually and in groups to build a framework for innovation and change for your library’s approach to collection development and reader’s advisory. David Vinjamuri and his expert co-facilitators will provide insights, best practices and marketing tools from both the private sector and libraries that will help you transform your library and change your relationship to your community, no matter what your budget or level of resources.
