Online CoursesLead the Change’s Leadership Academy – Online is a series of intensive, interactive 4-week online courses that will help library staff at all levels learn essential skills, solve problems unique to their libraries, and put strategic plans into action. These instructor-led online courses feature personalized interaction over four weeks, combining real-time learning with asynchronous conversation and on-demand resources. Course facilitators will work with individuals in a coaching environment to help sort out personal challenges.
