Connecticut Announces First Phase of Statewide Library Ebook Platform

The Connecticut State Library (CSL) is working with non-profit cooperative Library Connection and the Ferguson Library in Stamford, CT on the first phase of a new ebook service that will ultimately be available to all public libraries in the state.
