Library Use Explodes in TX City

What happens when school libraries are cut and more parents homeschool their
kids? Well, the city library feels the strain. The Wichita Falls Public Library,
TX, has seen reference desk inquiries more than triple in a year. Library
Director Linda Hughes told the local Times

that, because children aren’t taught how to use library
resources in school, they need basic help using the library.
