“Lobby Day on the Hill” Attracts Some 2000 Librarians and Advocates

On Tuesday, some 2000 librarians and library advocates, wearing red shirts proclaiming “Support Libraries,” inundated Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, lobbying their Senators and Representatives as part of the American Library Association’s “Lobby Day on the Hill”.
